Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations
We understand plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:
24+ hours before your cleaning: Full refund, no fee.
Less than 24 hours before: A $50 late cancellation fee applies. The remainder is refunded.
Same-day or no-show: 50% of the booking total is retained (minimum $75). The remainder is refunded.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your cleaning at no charge as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Same-day rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation fees above.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
