Refund Policy

Payment

Your payment is processed when you complete your booking. Metro Maid uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Refunds

24+ hours notice: Full refund.

Less than 24 hours: Refund minus $50 cancellation fee.

Same-day or no-show: 50% refund (minimum $75 fee retained).

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a partial refund or a re-clean at no additional charge.

Tips

Tips are optional and go 100% to your cleaning crew. Tips are non-refundable once processed.
